Supported the Alliant Techsystems, Inc. [ATK] Lake City Army Ammunition Plant’s Modernization
Program. Responsibilities included Building #3 Space Balance schedule development and integration
with Operations and with 20mm, 50 caliber, 7.62mm and 5.56mm cartridge product line Modernization
Teams’ schedules. Additional duties included weekly P6 schedule updates and management of weekly
Earned Value Management reports and graphs.
2/07 – 2/09 Construction Management/Plan & Schedule Analyst III
Provided project controls in the construction of the largest single kiln (12k t/d) cement plant in the USA
on the Holcim Ste. Genevieve site where construction management was a joint venture between
Washington Group International and J.S. Alberici, Inc. [WGA].
Span of control encompassed over 45% of direct construction labor budget [4M+ hrs that included the
following areas: limestone feed and blending, raw mills, raw cement transport/storage, kiln feed,
preheating, kiln, coal mills, fuel oil, air quality control and primary compressed air.

• Controlled WGA self perform work and subcontractors by oversight of detailed schedules; 3 week
forecast schedules and the use of earned value based trend charts.
